Or tell us at the appraisal — the SM walks through both with you. No design committee, no $4K design fee.
SM visits your block, 15-minute walk-through. No sales pitch, no follow-up roundabout. Just a look at what fits.
In writing at the visit. The price you see is the invoice you pay. Crew on site soon after, finished in 10 working days.
What's always included with every EasyScapes job:
A back yard with a weatherboard cottage, taken from bare dirt to fresh lawn, mulch and river-rock edging — same EasyScapes mechanism, different block. Drag the handle to compare.
Free site appraisal. Two-minute intake, fixed-price quote in writing at the visit. No call centre.
"I built PGR because I was sick of landscapers ghosting on the deadline. Every job has the finish date in writing — and a $500 cheque if we miss it."
"On site by 7. Photo to you by 5. Every day. The yard you walk into on day 10 is the yard we shook hands on day 1."
"Fifteen-minute walk-through, fixed price the same day. No chasing, no second visits to nudge a sale. If it fits, it fits."
Four real guarantees. Each one kills a specific fear people have about hiring a landscaper. Written into the contract you sign. Backed with money where it matters.
From the day our crew starts on site, the job is done in 10 working days. Miss the deadline and we credit $500 straight off your invoice. No excuses about weather, materials, or "the other job." The deadline is ours to hit, not yours to chase.
Driveway swept. Waste contained. No damage to the kerb, the fence, or the letterbox. End-of-day photo from the site supervisor in your inbox so you know exactly what's happening before you pull into the drive.
Plants die, we replace them. Free. For two years. As long as you're running the irrigation we install, we cover it. Turf included. Perth summers are brutal — our warranty accounts for that; most don't.
Four seasonal visits in the first year after handover. We schedule them. We show up. You don't chase. Plants checked, retic tuned, weeds out, mulch topped. Most landscapers vanish after handover. We come back four times.
Packages start at $12,700 and typically land between $12,700 and $20,000 depending on block size, scope, and materials. The price we quote is the price you pay — we don't do "variations" during the job unless you change the scope yourself.
Current lead time is usually 3–5 weeks from quote approval. We'll give you a firm start date the day you approve the quote — not a "somewhere in the next few weeks" answer.
The 10 working days starts the morning our crew first arrives on site — not when you sign the quote, not when materials are ordered. If we haven't finished by end of day 10, $500 comes straight off your final invoice. It's on the contract. No forms to fill, no claim to lodge. If there's a genuine weather shutdown (BoM-declared severe weather, flooding), we'll extend and tell you in writing before it happens — that's the only exception, and it has to be a real event, not a drizzle day.
We design it. EasyScapes are pre-designed — Easy Play is lawn + garden bed, Easy Living is WA natives with a winding path. You tell our Service Manager which sounds closer (or "not sure") and they walk through the fit at the appraisal.
Four named guarantees, all in writing. (1) 10-day finish or $500 credited. (2) Daily-photo white-glove site management. (3) 24-month plant and turf replacement — free, as long as you run the irrigation we install. (4) Four seasonal aftercare visits in the first 12 months. Exclusions: customer neglect, pest/disease outside our control, and changes you make after handover. All on the contract — no fine print, no "subject to…"
No. We handle the whole site. You'll get a daily update from the site supervisor with photos of what's been done. Most of our clients are at work during the working week and barely lift a finger.
Two minutes of questions, then your appraisal slot. No call centre, no spam, no pressure call.
